October 2018, Team Di Mascio set off to race in the Ibiza Vuelta. It was perfect timing as we had just finished designing our newest lightweight Cassino jersey and it was a great opportunity to test it in heat and race conditions.
The race had its highs and lows, Anthony having an off and needing stitches on the first stage, but Simon coming third and making the podium on the last day of the Time trial.
It’s a great event and with stages to win but also a great way to see the island if you are not wanting to race.
Although we will not be there this year (2019 due to its overlapping with the Master World Track Championships) we will be back for 2020.
