What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can pay at DiMascio with the following cards:

  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron

By selecting the option ‘Pay by card’ at the checkout.
Please note for your security you may be asked to re-enter your CVV code when reusing a credit card so we can confirm you are the card holder.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

DiMascio use stripe.com for our payment processing.  Your card details never hit our servers and are passed directly to Stripe.  

Orders

How do I place an Order?
To add items to your basket:
  1. Find the Garment you want.
  2. Choose the size and / or colour option from the drop-down menu. Once you’re selected click the ‘Add To Basket’ button.
  3. The item will then be added to your basket.  To view items in your basket – click the Shopping Trolley icon in the top right of your web browser
Remember:
You can check the contents of your Basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the basket icon at the top right of the page.

To checkout:

  1. Click the ‘Continue To Checkout’ button that can be found at the top and bottom of the basket page.
  2. Log in with your username and password or create an account or check out as guest.
  3. Select your preferred delivery method and add any relevant courier notes if you wish to do so. Please ensure your address details are correct the click on the ‘Continue to Payment button.
  4. Make sure order summary is correct in the top right hand corner of the page before you proceed. If you’re ready to order all you have left to do is click ‘Place Order’.
  5. You will then be taken to the confirmation page where you can see your order number. Email confirmation should be received shortly.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to order.

We aim to reply within 24hrs, but some times can be a little longer.

Returns and Refunds

How do I make a return? 

1. Contact Us

Returns should be made within 28 days. Please be aware that you must contact us and request a returns number within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email returns@teamdimascio.com to request a return. We will need to know your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for your return.

2. Post your return to us

Once you’ve notified us that you are returning an item, you have a further 14 days to return it to us.

Make sure your items and original wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested by our Customer Service Team.

Either take your parcel to a Post Office or arrange for it to be collected by a local courier.

Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.

3. Refund

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.

All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment.

Please note refunds can take 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders that have already been processed and dispatched can be returned to Di Mascio.

If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to cancel your order. Please email info@teamdimascio.com to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, orders that have been cancelled cannot be reactivated, so if you change your mind, please place a new order in the usual way.
